There is not a discount for military retirees, only if you are active military.  Each tax year is a separate TurboTax program and there is no discount for purchasing multiple tax years.

Use the TurboTax Home and Business desktop CD/Download edition for your tax situation assuming that you will only be needing a Schedule C for the self-employment income and expenses (sole proprietor or single member LLC).
