Hi, I downloaded and installed TurboTax 2021 Home and Business, which included my State download. But Intuit wants to charge me for it. How do I contact Customer Srvce?

When I downloaded and installed the software from Amazon, I was able to download the State version as well.  About a week later, an update posted and the State version I downloaded is gone!  Now, when I try to add it, Turbo Tax wants to charge me for it.  But it's supposed to be part of the original download I already paid for.  How do I reach customer service to address this?
