Hi, I can’t load my csv file from my crypto.com app, I load it just fine from the app to my files but when I try to import it onto turbo it says it’s missing headers etc.

When I try downloading my csv file from crypto.com onto turbo, it says I’m missing headers ect. I’ve successfully downloaded Coinbase, Robinhood ect. But it won’t accept Crypto.com file, anyone know why or how I can fix this? Thanks for the help

Have you tried importing your transactions from Crypto.com? TurboTax only supports importing from them, not uploading a CSV file. Please see the below TurboTax help article for more information.
