Hi, I am okay paying the Deluxe version at 59.99 however it is now saying I am owing 99.98 which I do not want to do. What is this 39.99 addition?

It's either for a state return or the extra 39.99 Refund Processing Service charge to have the 59.99 deducted from your refund.
