Hi. I already set up payment plans with the IRS. How do I get turbo to file my taxes?

In the File section when it asks how do you want to pay taxes owed, choose Mail a Check.  That will get you through the section to e-file your returns.

A payment voucher (1040-V) might print after you file but you can just throw it away, since you already setup a payment plan.
