Can I get rid of the extra charges ? Don't have any way of paying for them.

Call customer service (800) 446-8848 to see if they will grant you relief.

If you have not already paid, I suggest TurboTax Free File Edition.

While the name is similar to Free Edition, there are no upgrade fees.

To you qualify

Make less than $34,000 a year or

Qualify for the Earned Income Credit or

Active military making less than $66,000
