Turbo Tax does not support form 1042-S, so you will need to enter it
where it best fits based on the type of income received. For code 16 (for example)I hope this helps.

To report the income:
Select Federal Taxes
Select Wages and Income
Select Show More at Less Common Income
Select Start at Miscellaneous Income, 1099-A, 1099-C
Select Start at Other income not already reported on a Form W-2 or Form 1099
If taxes were withheld, you will record these at:
Select Federal Taxes
Select Deductions and Credits
Select Show More at Estimates and other taxes paid
Select Start at Withholding not already entered on a W-2 or 1099
