Why are you filing 2009?   Unless you OWE tax that you have not paid then there would be no reason to file a 9 year old tax return that is beyond both the 3 year statute of limitations for a refund and the 7 year limitation for an IRS audit, unless you owe tax and the 7 year clock never started.

You would have to go to the IRS and state tax websites, get the forms and instructions, and file by mail.

It is too late to file for a refund for 2009 now.
