help with school district

I have done everything to fix this error.  I keep getting these messages: Schedule SD WH: w2 school district tax should be entered on federal form w-2 Box 19 for the school district number entered above. 

this error keeps going, i have tried removing boxes 18-20 on both primary and secondary w-2s. i had all info entered correctly and it still would not process.

But we found a couple little things on your Ohio return that need fixing.

then it takes you back to fix ohio return, then does not let me edit anything on the sd100 form. I DO NOT KNOW WHAT THE ISSUE IS!!!

Please confirm you are entering your four digit school district code in Box 20 of your W-2 input.
