Help with residency Status

I was on the us on F1 visa since 2019. For tax year 2019-2023 I filed taxes as a non-resident alien, and for tax year 2024 I filed as a resident alien because of SPT.

I left the US on February 1st, 2025, and now I got a W-2 reflecting my work during January, but I'm not sure if  I should file taxes as resident, non-resident, or dual-status for tax year 2025. 

Could you please advice on this?

Is this reasoning correct? :

Exempt from 2019 to 2023 (do not count towards SPT).

2025: 31 days (Jan 1st to Jan 31st)

2024: 365/3=121.7

Total = 152.7 (less than 183 required for SPT, therefore non-resident).

Yes, your calculations are correct based on the calculation. See the details in the IRS link below. Be sure you check the final test for 2023.
