Help with Full Service Premier

I've recieved email that I've gotten a message from my expert, when I click the link in the email it is a dead link and won't let me access anything. Also, when I check my messaged on here I've recieved nothing.

In addition, I'm filing through Turbotax Canada and cannot set up a call as it doesn't seem to accept an overseas phone number. I'm just trying to do my taxes while overseas right now and it's making it very difficult.
