HELP: tubrotax live never contacted me

I am trying to use tubrotax live online; have uploaded all my documents and clicked the 'call me' option but I have not received a call and there appears to be no way to contact a human. It's been several days and there has been no communication and there is no option for me to connect with a person. Please help.
