It is to late to file for the 2020 stimulus payments.
You can file a 2021 tax return and complete the Recovery Rebate Credit section of the return for the 2021 stimulus payment of $1,400 per individual on the tax return. You Must file the 2021 tax return on or before April 15, 2025 to be eligible the 2021 stimulus payment.
To complete and file a 2021 tax return using TurboTax you would need to purchase, download and install on a personal computer one of the 2021 desktop editions from this website - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/
A 2021 tax return can only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed using TurboTax.
Well....it is too late for the 2020 stimulus amounts. The deadline for those payments was May 17, 2024. If you were eligible for the 2021 EIP payment the only way to get it now is to file a 2021 tax return, which has to be mailed to the IRS. E-filing is closed for 2021 returns. If the 2021 return is not sent by April 15, 2025, it will be too late for that one too.
Look at your online account with the IRS to see if they sent you $1400 in 2021.

If you could be claimed as someone else's dependent in 2021, you are not eligible for the payment.
If you were eligible and do not receive a payment soon from the IRS, the other way to get the payment is to r amend your 2021 return to use the recovery rebate credit before April 15, 2025. If you did not file a 2021 return at all, then prepare one and mail it in.
