How do I report the excess Roth-IRA contribution and recharacterization in TurboTax?

The 2020 code JP must be entered into your *2019* amended tax return.

On Roth IRAs, the software is asking contributions prior to 2025. Not sure why. Clicked Learn more and the help starts talking about IRA conversions. What is this field?
