HELP! Multiple CTO numbers and NOTHING

I have called support multiple times asking for support. Spend hours on end trying to get support and hold Turbo Tax accountable to thier expert guarantee. NOTHING. Here are all the CTO numbers they tell me are cases and that a manager will call me back. NOTHING! What is going on? How do you actually get help?
