I think this is a question for a tech person, not a tax person but here goes...
I have tried multiple times to transmit my taxes. It always comes back saying transmission didn’t go through. I’ve already talked to two of your people and they were unable to help. I’ve followed all of your suggestions on the site to fix this and it didn’t help. I’m ready to never buy turbo tax again and I’ve been a loyal customer for many years.
if this can’t be resolved soon, I will never buy another intuit product.
I think someone in the customer retention department needs to respond.
