Help filing state taxes only

I filed my federal return and it was accepted. Now that I’m trying to file my state taxes, and I’m going thru all the steps, it’s taking me back thru federal every single time. It is not allowing me to file my state. When it says to review my federal is included and I can’t remove it in order to file my state only!

A state tax return cannot be e-filed until the e-filed federal tax return has been accepted by the IRS.

The IRS is not accepting a 2024 federal tax return until January 27, 2025.

How were you informed that the 2024 federal tax return was accepted by the IRS prior to 01/27/2025?
