Help e-filing on TT-Desktop with form 1310 when personal representative verification already submitted with 2023 Form 1310.

When e-filing, desktop software requires selecting Box C to e-file even though that does not apply to my situation: I am a court appointed personal representative of the filer and have already submitted a Form 1310 for tax year 2023. I have Part 1, Box B selected with the statement about verification having already been submitted previously. Is there a way to e-file this return?
