I spoke to a representative last year about the fact that form 8283 is not available in my California forms for electronic filing. I was told how to find the form for use in mail in filing. I submitted this as a problem with Turbotax and assumed that this year I would not have this problem. The form is available and correctly filled out if I search for it but it but again this year does not populate the California forms for electronic filing. I just got off the phone with the turbotax representative and was told the resolution is to mail in the forms. This is UNACCEPTABLE poor customer support. I paid for tax software to allow me to electronically file my taxes and the software is deficient in this regard. What does it take to get turbotax to fix this glitch in their software?????
