Have you tried entering a zero for this review message? You might also return to the business expense categories and edit/delete the "Other Expenses" entry.

I filed my 2024 fed and Oregon state taxes. TT did a review of the Oregon state tax and said there were no errors. I just got a tax refund check from Oregon.
