Hello, I purchased 2019 Home and Business TurboTax last year from Amazon. They over the summer my Amazon account got hacked and Amazon closed my account. Amazon is not letting transfer my software library to my new Amazon account. This is preventing me from getting my activation code. Is there any way that TurboTax could help me activate my software if I provide my email order confirmation from when I bought the software?

Phone TurboTax Support, and explain your situation.   They might ask for a copy of your emailed purchase confirmation from Amazon, but I don't know.  But they will likely work with you one way or another.

You can use this contact form to get a phone number.  There is a dropdown to indicate what product it's about.   Indicate CD/download (and whether Mac or Windows.)  Then indicate Home and Business Edition.  Then in the issue line a brief  statement or keywords, such as 2019 license activation code problem without quotes.
