If you are referring to the Summary screen in Deductions and Credits, then it sounds like are likely using the standard deduction in 2018.  Due to tax reform, the standard deduction has been doubled this year ($12,000 for single and $24,000 for married jointly) and many itemized deductions have been reduced or eliminated, which has caused many taxpayers to no longer be able to use itemized deductions that they have in the past because the standard deduction amount is larger.  TurboTax will display this as $0 amounts for those deductions in the 2018 summary and should show the standard deduction on a separate line.
