You are going to have to explain a lot more about your situation, before anyone can make an informed response.   We don't even know where in the software you are posed with this selection.

Like

...did you move out because you left military service from a TX?

...did you move out because you entered military service while being a TX resident?

...or were you posted to a TX post near a TX/other state border, and while serving there, moved across state lines but still serve at the same TX post?

And

Exactly where in the software is it asking for this selection...what series of questions lead up to it?
