Assuming your business is a sole proprietorship or a single owner LLC, all business income and expenses is reported on SCH C as a part of your personal 1040 tax return. You deal with that first thing under the Business tab in the Business Income & Expenses (SCH C) section of the program.
After you finish with everything under the Personal Info tab, the business stuff will be the first thing you are prompted for when the program transfers you to the Business tab.
