I didnt get this message last year why am i getting it this year? Online it says that the L worksheet is available

TurboTax is delaying it on purpose...I'm just going to file online with H&R Block they have the form or whatever for the health care tax form... @ashleyb_91

For 2019 NJ now has an insurance mandate in place. 

This mandate was not in place for the 2018 tax year.

New forms such as these must be extensively tested and approved by the State of NJ prior to release.
