Health LTC Wks line 5 says that enter the amount here and on Form 1040 line 29. But there is NO line 29 on the 1040!!! Did this amount ever get deducted as an adjustment?

I had a similar issue where the data was actually posted to Schedule 1 instead of Form 1040, then the results of schedule 1 are applied to Form 1040, Line 6...

Try looking on Schedule 1 near Line 29 for your data, then check if Line 36 of Schedule is subtracted from Form 1040, Line 6.
