Health insurance

From January to August I had health insurance from ship blue cross blue which was provided by my college & then I cancel it. Then my dad include my name to his insuranc ( oct to Decembe. Recently my dad recieved his 1095 A where they mentioned I had health insurance only from oct to Decembe.  What Should I do now? Can I say that I have health insurance except September during my tax file?

You don't need to indicate on your tax return that you had health insurance anymore due to the new tax laws. There is no longer a penalty for not having health insurance.
