My son 19 years old, a full time student living at home.

He received a 1099 Misc. box 3 other income listed 5040.00 and another 1099 Misc. box 7 non-employee compensation 1000.00. I can claim him but what about his income.

He will file his own tax return.  Just make sure that he indicates that he can be claimed by someone else.  See the FAQ below:
