Can my boyfriend claim our three kids without it affecting their Medicare/Food stamps? He does support us. But he is not included or “involved” in any welfare paperwork.

We do live together and he does support us. But he is just not included in any paperwork or as far as the welfare is concern he is not involved in our lives.

Medicare or Medicaid? You have to ask those agencies, and the Food Stamp folks.
