Is it possible for me to make a valid 1095-A form, file a 8962 form before I get the 1095-A form in the mail? I have the information, but the IRS wants a valid copy.

Have you already filed your taxes and they are now asking for your 1095-A and 8962? If so, you will need to wait for the form your healthcare marketplace sends you. Often they will post these online in PDF form for you to access. There unfortunately isn't another way to send a valid copy in.
