Have just purchased turbotax 2018 desktop. The blue button to download the s/w is not appearing in the My Download page

Try using a different browser to log in and download.

That happens to me in one of my browsers on windows 10....it thinks that browser is on a non windows tablet, or android device or something..

I got it to download by logging out, and switching to a different browser to log in and download it.

FYI: In my situation IE11 (picture 1) shows the "View this page on your desktop computer to download." notice and won't download.  But my Chrome and Edge browsers (picture 2) both download properly.....but yours may behave differently

Worked with Chrome. Did not work with IE. Thanks a lot.
