TurboTax Advantage downloads for tax year 2019 will start releasing on November 5 and the CDs will be shipped between November 14 and 22. Check your order status here.
If you ordered TurboTax on a CD, you can also get the downloadable version after it releases in early November. To access, sign in to your TurboTax Advantage account and select Downloads.
Go into your Advantage account and click the link so that the license code is copied to your clipboard… then scroll to the very bottom of the page.....you should see a comment that you can download your software by clicking THAT link there.
I find numerous issues with this explanation.
1. I cannot check my order since the shipping notification email doesn't contain an order number.
2. As a Turbo Tax Advantage member, I thought I could download the software directly. If I go to the Downloads tab, there is no Download button.
3. I never received a CD. I checked my account info and it is correct, but if I select Turbo Tax Advantage info, the shipping address id for my aunt who is in a nursing home. I only entered this info for her Federal return last year.

If you have a valid Advantage subscription with a current credit card number, then you should have received the CD for 2019, if that was your order, and you should be able to Download the installation file for the 2019 software from your Advantage account - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/advantage/
If you are having issues with your order then use the toll free phone number for Advantage subscribers as shown after you sign onto your Advantage account.
Otherwise contact TurboTax support for assistance during business hours.
