Please re-write you question.  As it reads now you are asking Has our TurboTax been mailed to us?  And that does not make any sense.

And Turbo Tax doesn't mail anything to you or for you.  If your return says Ready to Mail that means you have to actually print it out and mail it to the IRS yourself.

Or are you looking for your Regund?
