There are three payments for 39.99 for TurboTax Deluxe for one tax return. Can someone explain?

One is for the preparation of a federal tax return, one is for the preparation of a state tax return and the third is for having your fees paid from your federal refund. You can avoid the refund processing fee by paying with a credit or debit card.

Got it, i didn't know there is a processing fee if i'm deducting it from the returns, if i knew i would've paid it using a credit card. Can i change the payment method to Credit Card now even after i already submitted everything? or it is too late now? Please advise, thanks!

Unfortunately you can't change the payment method after you file unless your tax return is rejected. Then you could change it.
