Getting money back from turbotax

I have tried to fill out taxes for 2021. I paid TurboTax fees of over $100. But I printed the returns to show to a private lawyer who found a few mistakes. As a result, I want to do my taxes privately and file on my own. I would like to get a refund from TurboTax since I don't want to file through your website.

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”
