Getting Error on CA Form 3526, Line 22 (blank). I don't think I even need it. When I delete the form, it shows up again. Help?

Form 3526 is for the Investment Interest Expenses deduction.
If the form keeps reappearing even though you are deleting it, there is something that has been entered into your return that is generating the form.
The form is required if you had a deduction for any investment interest expense on your return, or you have a disallowed investment interest expense from 2018.
I have attached a link with the instructions to help you determine if you have something entered in your return that may be generating the form.
Thank you for the input. I do understand the general concept of why this is happening, but I didn't have any investment interest expense, nor did I enter anything indicating I did (unless there was a question that slipped by me during the guided version of filling in the information). So what would be really helpful is if someone could suggest specific places in Turbotax where I might search for the information that is generating this problem.
In the Personal section, under "Investment Interest Expense", there is a zero for both 2018 and 2019, and when I go back in and answer the question "Do you have any 2019 investment interest expenses or 2018 carryovers?", I say "NO".
Not sure where else the problem could be generated.

You can delete the Form 3526
Here's the general procedure for viewing the forms list and deleting unwanted forms, schedules, and worksheets in TurboTax Online:
Open or continue your return in TurboTax.
In the left menu, select Tax Tools and then Tools.
In the pop-up window Tool Center, choose Delete a form.
Select Delete next to the form/schedule/worksheet in the list and follow the instructions.
