Are you talking about the IRS portal? 
Try clearing cache and cookies if you're still having trouble.

IRS stated people who used the get my payment tool before thursday.....will be paid following week.....been dodging landlord this long......1 week to go.....he left message saying rent or tent.....this was so un professional
