IRS stated people who used the get my payment tool before thursday.....will be paid following week.....been dodging landlord this long......1 week to go.....he left message saying rent or tent.....this was so un professional

TurboTax said my bank declined or returned my payment and that they were mailing out a check. How long on average does it usually take to receive it?
