IRS stated people who used the get my payment tool before thursday.....will be paid following week.....been dodging landlord this long......1 week to go.....he left message saying rent or tent.....this was so un professional

If I purchased a new car in December 2025 (traded in), but have not had any monthly payments yet , can it still be added to 2025 taxes?
