Good morning, when I access the “Where’s my refund tool” it stated my refund was deposited on 02/26. I understand it can take up to 1-5 business days from then to reflect on my account. It has now been 9 business days. I contacted my financial institution and I was told there are no funds pending. What should my next step be?? And even though I KNOW it’s correct as I have used turbo tax the last three years and haven’t changed banks, how can I go back and triple check my bank info??

How you chose to receive the tax refund will be on the Filing Instructions page included with your tax return.
Sign onto your TurboTax online account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
Scroll down and click on Add a State. This will take you back to the 2019 online tax return.
Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen. Then click on Print Center. Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return.
That doesn’t answer my question regarding what should I do now that it is past the 1-5 days we are told to wait, and now that I’ve spoken to my bank and they also say there is no money pending. What’s my next step please?

You originally asked - how can I go back and triple check my bank info??
The answer provided shows how to check the direct deposit information on the Filing Instructions page.
If the bank rejected the refund for some reason the IRS website would show that refund is being mailed to you or it would show that there was a problem with the deposit. If neither of those are showing on the IRS website then it is between the IRS and your bank. Check with your bank to make sure that the routing and account number are correct for direct deposit. Also ask if the refund was rejected.
Other than that you would have to contact the IRS to see if they can trace the direct deposit since it has been more than 5 business days since the refund was issued.
