I have tried to reach out to Pizza Hut on Bechtle Avenue in Springfield Ohio many of times even called the number and tried speaking with the person in charge of the W twos they never sent it to me in my email or bothered All of Me Back I don't know what else to do

You would need to create a substitute W-2 and report it to the IRS.  Here is the link for instructions:
