Forms 1099 and 1096

I need to file 1099's and 1096 for a schedule c filer. I have completed the info for the forms and I see that I can't print the forms because they are not ready. Will I get the necessary documents before the filing date of January 31?

I only have a basic 1040 and a basic 1099-R no schedule B and it won't let me sign up for the free edition. I literally have this happen every year without a 1099-R.
