Is it possible to add another stock to Form 8949 after closing it ?

Yes, as long as you have not filed yet, you can add or delete (or edit) your entries. Go back to personal investment income to edit your entries. Search for investment sales to get back to that section. Click on Add more sales.

I receive NYS notice DTF-160, notice code 3201. This is an error in Turbotax software when Turbotax did my return. Turbitax had added an unknown number to my FORM IT-370, line 75 (my estimated tax payment) and this screwed up my return
