I have been filing via Turbo Tax over 12 years. I have always e-filed.
This year, unfortunately, for some reasons I am NOT able to as the following message kept showing up in my review page:
I have been in touch with 3 customer reps over the last 4 weeks and they ALL tried to address it but without any success. The last case number (with Christopher) for the case is: [phone number removed]
I have received the following emails from Turbo Tax over the last 4 weeks and no solution has been found:
Given this situation not allowing me to e-file, I am requesting refund on the following items that I already paid for:
Product : TURBOTAX ONLINE MAX BENEFITS R2021
Refund requested amount : $49.00
Product : TURBOTAX ONLINE STATE VA TAX YEAR 2021 PREP
Refund requested amount : $44.00
Product : TURBOTAX ONLINE PREMIER TAX YEAR 2021 PREP
Refund requested amount : $69.00

What is the TurboTax phone number?
I have been in touch with 3 Customer Reps at this point. NONE had any clear idea how to resolve the issue, other than saying that "it seems that Turbo Tax has some software glitch on this issue"....and it is ALL over the internet including your discussion forum (have done some research) and unfortunately, NO ONE can help me. I submitted a refund request; and that too came back "being declined". Very sad!
