Form 8915 Issue (tax year 2025)

The forms availability tool showed that form 8915-F will be available on 2/18/2026, but it's still not letting me file. Any idea when this will be resolved?

Yes, ‌Form 8915 is slated to be available on 02/18/2026.  

It should be rolled out soon.

• If you are using the desktop version, you must run all software updates. 
• For online users, you may need to clear your cache and cookies.

I have tried both the app and online versions (both are up-to-date) and am still unable to file because it says this form is "Ready soon". The link still says it should be available today (2/18/2026). Can you please provide further assistance when this will be ready? I've already been waiting to file for 3 weeks.

I am having the same issue. The tool is greyed out, I then cleared cache and cookies and still no go. When will this form be done?

Do you have an estimation on whether or not this form will be ready today?  It is still greyed out and will not let me file without it.
