Form 8915-E

In early 2020, my husband's work hours were reduced, a position I was being hired for was eliminated and my daughter's job was also cancelled due to COVID.  We are planning to use form 8915-E to spread out the taxes for an IRA distribution we made to help with reduced wages during this time.  What documents/proof will we need to provide the IRS for the above stated circumstances?
