I have no dependents or children. So why is this Form 8812 being generated? I've read all the solutions given to others with this problem. But none of the answers have corrected the problem for me. Also, it indicates that this form must be attached to my Form 1040SR. When I go to previews my forms that are required to be filed with the IRS. This 8812 isn't even listed.

Everyone has to answer whether they received advance child tax credit payments. If you did not receive any of those payments between July and December you need to answer that you did not receive any payments.
There are so many scenarios with those payments---like divorced/never married parents who have issues over who received the payments, who claimed the children, etc. --- the software has no way of knowing if any of that involves you---so you have to answer the questions about it.
Please follow these steps to indicate you did not receive any advanced payments:
It did not correct the problem

Everyone is being asked this question since TurboTax does not know if the user was one who received these advances from the IRS in 2021.
Enter a 0 (zero) when asked to enter a number on the Schedule 8812. This will correct the issue and remove the Schedule 8812 from your tax return so that you can file the return.
That's it, there is nothing more that you need to do. Go to the File section and e-file your tax return.
I appreciate your help. But I went thru that process many times. And entered "0" and it still didn't solve the problem. When I saw this form listed. It indicated that it needs to be attached to my 1040-SR. So, before you file one can preview those forms that are required for filing to the IRS. This 8812 was not listed. Which seemed odd. Anyhow I've come to the conclusion that the problem is going to remain the same. Unsolved. So is there any harm that I can just delete this form even if the problem wasn't fixed. I do thank you for your help
No problem in deleting the Schedule 8812.
One more point that I should mention that I left out. My Father passed away in 2020 which still allowed me to claim as a dependent. Would that have any effect why this 8812 was generated?
No, your father being claimed as a dependent should have no effect on a 2021 Schedule 8812. You could only claim him as a dependent on your 2020 tax return, not on a 2021 tax return.
Yes, I understand that. I was thought that maybe when I transferred last years files over to this year might had triggered it to generate that form
