I filed the Form 6251 for the year 2021, but this year's 8801 doesn't autofill Line 1 which is suppose to have information from 2021's Form 6251.
Line 20 however is filled from last 2021's Form 8801.
Turbotax Online does show Needs Review but doesn't let me take any action when I hit Review and so it is stuck there. I tried deleting the form 8801 but that doesn't fix it.
In summary the finished form 8801 does not look correct and also the UI says Needs Review. I don't feel comfortable filing with so much information missing.
Please help how to resolve this issue.

I suggest you send a diagnostic copy of your tax return to a TurboTax agent so we can investigate your issue. A sanitized copy of your return will be generated that replaces all of your personal information with generic information to protect your privacy.
If using the online version of TurboTax, you will see an option for this with the Tax Tools menu option on your left menu bar, then choose Tools, then Share my file with agent. Then, respond in this chat with your token number.
If using the desktop version of TurboTax, you will find the option in the Online menu option, then Send Tax File to Agent.

I don't know why line 1 of your form 8801 does not reflect the total of lines 1 and 2e of your form 6251 from 2021. However, you can complete the 2021 Form 6251 and Prior Year Form 8801 information Smart Worksheet by entering the information requested from your 2021 Form 6251 and Form 8801 and those entries will populate your form 8801 in 2022. You will see the worksheet on the top of form 8801 in TurboTax.

The previous recommendation was to update a worksheet using prior year tax info. I have access to prior year tax info, but I don't know how to edit the worksheet that I am asked to do.
Also, this is getting to be very annoying to deal with, can you let me know how I can get a refund for the Turbotax since I have paid for filing it, but haven't filed it.
You could only make the entries in the desktop version of TurboTax. If you choose the Live Help option on your screen while working on your program in TurboTax, you can schedule a callback from a TurboTax agent and they can help you download a desktop version of the program and walk you through the necessary entries for no additional fee.
But then i'd have to pay more for the live feature? All this is happening because there is a bug in TurboTax Online and I don't need the live support for tax, as I did that part of figuring out the software's mistakes myself.

I would just like to share that I ran into this exact same issue for my 2023 return (Turbotax Online 2023-2024). It's still impossible to change the values in Form 8801, whether by questionnaire or by manual override.
Furthermore, I tried getting a refund twice, once over the phone and once with the online form, and was rejected both times, on the grounds that Online cannot be returned.
(Of course, if I hadn't paid for Online I wouldn't have been able to preview the incorrect Form 8801 in the first place!)
I ended up filing a dispute with my credit card company. I encourage everyone running into this issue to do the same, instead of wasting their time with a refund claim. Intuit simply does not let you get a refund for the Online version, even if you can demonstrate that it gets your taxes wrong.
