Hey the form 8615 keeps showing up on my taxes and it will not let me finalize them until I complete it. It keeps pushing back the date to finalize it each month. One it reaches that date it changes to a further one. I was looking at the qualifications for it and I just meet some of them which are "Was a full-time student at least age 19 and under age 24 at the end of 2016 and didn't have earned income that was more than half of the child's support.4) At least one of the child's parents was alive at the end of 2017.5) The child doesn't file a joint return for 2017." I was full time college student from 2015-2019 and my earned income was lower than my parents. My parents are still alive and I do not file joint returns. I am just confused because it says I have to met all the requirements and I do not. Also when I try to delete the form it does not go away. I just want to finalize my tax form I have been waiting since the beginning of January I have had everything completed except this.

There is information in your entries that is triggering the form. From the information you provided, it sounds to me as if you meet the requirements for Form 8615:
#1 and #2 are unknown to me from your question:
I realize the delay is frustrating, and I apologize for the inconvenience, but it should be just another week.
my 14 year old son has a utma ACCOUNT. It has dividend income(1099-DIV)= 3598.00
and has made stock sales (1099-B)=141.00
Both parents are alive and filling join return but do not want to elect to report on our return.
form 8615 Turbo tax is insisting I check one of these two boxes.
- Check this box if parent elects to report income on their return
- Check this box if neither parent was alive on December 31, 2019
Since there was a 1099-B issued to him I understand he has to file his own return and thus don't want to include him on my return
The software is bringing up these questions based on your entries. Form 8615 goes on the child's return, so you may have received those questions if you tried to include the child's income. If you remove the child's income (the 1099-B and the 1099-DIV), these prompts should disappear.
Your child will then have a filing requirement since you are not including the income on your return. These forms will go on his return.
