Form 8606-S Fails to Show in Final Tax Return (non-deductible IRA)

I entered similar information for my spouse and me on Forms 8606 (non-deductible IRAs).  The 8606-T (Taxpayer) shows on preview copy of all tax forms that will be filed as Final MFJ Tax Return.  But 8606-S (Spouse) fails to display on any preview list of "What Forms would you like to generate?" sections of the locally installed Windows [phone number removed].

TT Final Review found no errors yet there definitely is a problem since this required, completed Form does not show.  I'd appreciate solutions to e-submit rather than manually print and mail 2022 Tax Return with a hand-written 8606-S.

I'll try again.  The 'removed phone number' actually referenced the sw version 002  000  0587.

Check whether TurboTax generated Form 8606-S.

1. Tap Forms in the top right corner
2. In the left column (Forms in My Return) look for Form 8606-S. If it’s not there, the information was entered incorrectly or did not flow to the form.
3. Find IRA Contrib Wks in the left column and tap to open
4. Look at the Spouse column on line 13. If that’s blank, enter the Spouse contribution on line 1
5. Tap Step-by-Step in the top right to return to the interview mode
