Form 7004 How to include electronic amount paid for Form 7004 (even though it is on my tax return)?

Estimated taxes are posted and there is a line for amount paid with Form7004.  However, when numbers flow thru to Form 7004, the payment on Form 1120 Sch J part 3 line 17 does not flow to Form 7004.  Balance is calculated at 0.  Form says this amount must be electronically deposited and it has been. Form uses line 16 and deposit made with form 7004 is included in line 19.

Can you take screenshots of the issue, provide steps that you used to enter the figures, and/or provide more specific details?

I did not encounter a similar issue (or any issue) on a C corporation test return with an extension.
